The AEP Experience

Prague is Your Classroom

Take your classes in the historic Schebek Palace right in the heart of the city. Beyond our classroom walls, you'll explore the region through engaging lectures, guest speakers, and frequent excursions that bring the city—and its rich cultural, historical, and political context—to life.

Live Like a Local

Spend your semester living like a local, with apartment-style housing located in central districts. A public transit pass, included for all AEP students, allows you to hop around the city with ease on Prague’s world-class public transit system, making the city yours.

Supportive, Welcoming Community

AEP staff and faculty are dedicated, caring, and committed to helping students settle into daily life in the Czech Republic. AEP’s small class sizes, which include both US and European students, along with shared apartment housing and cultural programming throughout the semester give students a myriad of ways to build new friendships and find community.
