FAQs
Everything you need to know about AEP application process. Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Please reach out to our team.
Is there an application fee?
No! Currently, there is no application fee to apply.
When will I be notified about the admission decision?
Admissions are made on a rolling basis. Students are typically notified within a few weeks of submitting their application.
Do I need a passport to apply?
A valid passport is not required at the time of application. However, if you do not have a passport or need to renew it, we strongly recommend starting the process as soon as you submit your application, as passport processing can take several weeks.
I do not have the required GPA. Can I still apply?
Yes! We believe that the traditional metrics of evaluating student preparedness, including GPA, are complex and not often straightforward to interpret. In order to maximize chancesfor students to experience study abroad, AEP will evaluate each application holistically and relyon the broader recommendations of our study abroad partners in addition to the GPA.
