Adela Muchova is associated with Charles University in Prague and the Catholic University in Linz. She graduated in cultural history and theology from Charles University in Prague (BA), Simon Fraser University in Vancouver (MA), and the University of Vienna (PhD). Her teaching focuses on narrative history, the study of collective memory and identity, and specifically the analysis of public memorials. Additionally, her recent research explores the meaning of spirituality in a secular context. Adela Muchova enjoys working in international and intercultural environments, as they always provide her with unexpected and enriching experiences.
