Barbora is a researcher and educator in psychology with an interdisciplinary focus spanning philosophy, religion, neuroscience, and the arts. In her doctoral dissertation, she explores intercultural dialogue and investigates ways to cultivate compassion toward people we would not normally like or identify with.
During her PhD studies, she spent 18 months as a visiting researcher at the Sagol Center for Brain and Mind at Reichman University, where she worked under the supervision of Prof. Nava Levit-Binnun and Dr. Yulia Golland.
Her research is driven by an interest in understanding how we can transform our everyday state of mind to become more deeply connected with reality while expanding our capacity for imagination.
