Juraj Hvorecky is the Head of the Department of Applied Philosophy and Ethics at the Prague’s Institute of Philosophy. He has been with AEP for many years and he also teaches summer programs for selected Amercan universities. His background is in the philosophy of mind and intellectual history, which is also teaches at the AEP program. Educated in Europe and the US, he has published a lot on mind, social robotics, ehtics of technology and the history of ideas. Loves visual arts, great food and badminton
