I am a PhD candidate at the Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education - Economics Institute in Prague, Czech Republic (CERGE-EI).
My research focuses on policy evaluation using quantitative methods, with applications in labor economics, gender, culture, and development. I study how institutional policies and constraints interact with social identity to shape preferences, norms, and inequality. Using this framework, I examine policy-relevant outcomes such as employment, education, misperceptions, and family-related decisions.
