Tomas Konecny works as a consultant for the International Monetary Fund and served as the Fund's Resident Advisor to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL). His prior work experience includes the Czech National Bank and European Systemic Risk Board in Frankfurt am Main. Tomas holds a Ph.D. from CERGE-EI and an M.A. in International Trade and EuropeanIntegration awarded by the Erasmus Mundus Program. He was a visiting scholar at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
